Finally it's sleep in day, Mondays and Fridays are the best!  Mom's surgery came out ok, it was a day of disaster though all day.  It was horrible snow, wind, white outs, we got lost.  Mom was wanting almost crying to go home and forget it but we found the place after up and down the street 4 times trying to figure out where it was.  One side numbers were 100-140, the other side 160-200 so our number was 150, go figure and nobody told us the actual number was on a different street!  How stupid.  They did xrays, eye drops, dyes, ect and she has the treatable macular degeneration luckily and they did laser and some shot thing.  She won't get better but it won't progress either.  The other eye is fine no problems as of yet.  She had a reaction to the dye stuff later at home (of course).  It was such a long day and thankfully it's over is all I can say and I can't say that enough lol.  She goes back 2/12 for a recheck.
